Our story begins in 2008 when our founder, after years of training in Naples, decided to create a pizza experience that honored Italian heritage while embracing Canadian ingredients and communities.
What started as a single location in Toronto quickly grew into a beloved brand across Canada, as pizza lovers discovered the difference that naturally leavened dough, never-frozen ingredients, and traditional wood-fired ovens make.
